Located just east of popular South Haven, lies McIntosh Cellars and Winery. This beautiful farm has offered some of West Michigan's favorite fruit wines and hard cider for over 15 years, with ingredients grown right on the 71.125 acres surrounding the winery itself. With over a dozen varieties of apples the farm also boasts Red Haven and Star Fire peaches. In addition to the 23 +/- acres of orchard, the parcel also holds 30+/- acres of tillable ground and another 20+/- acres of timber. Pockets of fruit trees throughout the rolling topography make this tract one of West Michigan's finest.Greeting you as you pull in is McIntosh Cellars 1200 sq ft tasting room and storefront. With it's huge wrap-around porch and many patios, friends and family gather to relax and enjoy McIntosh Cellars wiselection of fruit wines & ciders, snack on local delicacies or enjoy a homemade doughnut. Attached to the tasting room and storefront is the 2800 sq ft warehouse, storage and production building. Featuring additional space for tasting, a separate production and bottling room, a large walk in cooler, full bath, Briggs & Stratton generator, multiple overhead doors and additional storage in the basement. Above it all is a spacious 2400 sq ft apartment complete with a full kitchen, hardwood floors, full bath, living area, dining area, bedroom and office space.
