Not far off the beaten path is this square 40 waiting for you to make it something awesome. It would make a great hunting camp let the outside grow put in a large deer plot right in the middle and draw all the deer from the neighboring state land and wooded neighboring properties. I hiked up there this spring when the snow was still around. This clears off first the early vegetation draws in the deer herd to enjoy the sun and eat. My experience with these properties is the deer will drop their fawns here and eat the vegetation with no pressure. Select what trees to grow, from fruit to oak, in very little time you will have what everyone else will want and you saved money on the land purchase.
